Supplemental Information for S&P Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA)

As at 31 December 2025, the total area of assets in CLAS' portfolio is approximately 1,318,025m2, of which 699,481m2 is under CLAS' operational control.

CLAS' Sustainability Report covers its portfolio of 103 properties for the financial period from 1 January to 31 December 2025 (FY 2025).

In line with the operational control approach defined by the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol Corporate Standard, the environmental performance disclosed primarily relates to properties managed by CLAS' Sponsor, The Ascott Limited (Ascott), the lodging business unit of CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI). As at 31 December 2025, 49 operational properties within the CLAS portfolio were managed by Ascott.

For the remaining 54 properties managed by third parties, environmental performance is tracked and monitored, with GHG emissions disclosed for these assets.

Overall, the reported GHG emissions (Scope 1, 2 and 3) cover approximately 75% to 100% of CLAS' revenue and gross floor area. Further details on CLAS' environmental, social and governance data are available in the Sustainability Report and the CLAS SR 2025 Data Pack.

The waste data reported accounted for 98.4% of the gross floor area under CLAS' operational control.

CLAS has retained the ISO certifications for the EHSMS in 13 countries for more than a decade. Approximately 98.0% of properties under CLAS' operational control (by property count) are located in the 13 countries.
