As at 31 December 2024, the total area of assets in CLAS’ portfolio is approximately 1,336,904m2, of which 735,139m2 is under CLAS’ operational control.
Properties for which GHG emissions and energy consumption data were reported accounted for 97.4% of CLAS’ total revenue in FY 2024 and 97.4% of the gross floor area under CLAS’ operational control. Properties for which GHG emissions (Scope 1 & 2) intensity data were reported accounted for 91.6% of CLAS’ total revenue in FY 2024 and 93.1% of the gross floor area under CLAS’ operational control. For properties which are not under CLAS’ operational control (i.e. managed by third parties), the GHG emissions were disclosed in CLAS’ SR 2024 as Scope 3 emissions, where available.
The waste data reported accounted for 96.1% of the gross floor area under CLAS’ operational control.
CLAS has retained the ISO certifications for the EHSMS in 13 countries for more than a decade. Approximately 98.0% of properties under CLAS' operational control (by property count) are located in the 13 countries.
